Sometimes inspiration comes from out of the clear blue sky, but other times, it comes on a strict timetable. Every Thursday, on a blog called Inspire Me Thursday, you can get a new prompt and the directive to make something to interpret it. "Coffee break," "kitchen table," "Albert Einstein," and "nervous" have been recent entries.
"The mission of IMT is to inspire you to…
· reflect on inspiring quotes about art, life and creativity.
· reflect on inspiring quotes about art, life and creativity.
· journal your way to unleashing your inner artist.
· connect with other creative, like-minded souls.
· explore random bits of inspiration.
· create and stretch your artistic boundaries."
Inspire Me Thursday is a fantastic little diversion
that can add up to something much more serious, over time: the habit of being receptive
